There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts — just a flat monthly subscription and usage-based call billing.

This page explains how billing works, what’s included, and how to manage additional business entities or locations.

SPDFY supports multi-entity management from your dashboard.

How It Works

Pricing for Additional Entities

  • Entities 1–4: Standard Launch Plan ($97/mo or $970/yr each)
  • Entities 5+: Bulk pricing tiers unlock automatically
  • Billing becomes more cost-efficient the more entities you operate

Bulk rates do not need to be explained in detail here — they will appear dynamically inside the dashboard when eligible.

What Counts as an Entity?

An entity is:

  • A separate business
  • A separate brand
  • A separate domain
  • A separate location with its own online presence

Each entity gets its own website, phone number, analytics, and content ecosystem.


Switching Between Monthly & Yearly Billing

At any time, you can:

  • Upgrade to yearly (save 17%)
  • Switch back to monthly at renewal
  • Update your payment method
  • View upcoming charges

Changes are prorated automatically.


Payment Methods

SPDFY accepts:

  • All major credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay (when supported by the checkout processor)
  • Google Pay (when supported)

Billing is handled through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor.


Call Minute Billing

Call usage is billed monthly based on the minutes consumed.

Billing details:

  • Rounded to the nearest second
  • $0.19 per minute
  • Transcription, summaries, and analytics are included

Your dashboard includes a transparent usage meter.


Canceling or Pausing an Entity

You can cancel an entity at any time.
When an entity is canceled:

  • The website is taken offline
  • Call routing is deactivated
  • Recordings and transcripts remain available for a limited time
  • You can reactivate later without redoing onboarding

There are no cancellation fees.


Refunds

Because SPDFY performs automated work immediately at signup (domain registration, content generation, phone provisioning, hosting setup), refunds are generally not provided after a deployment goes live.

If your account experiences a technical issue preventing deployment, support will assist you directly.


Billing Notifications

You will receive notifications for:

  • Upcoming renewals

  • Changes to subscription
  • Usage threshold alerts for call minutes

Your dashboard always shows current and upcoming charges.
